You have the flexibility to set up automatic deductions and adjust your contributions each month. The funds can be used in the future, but any remaining money will be forfeited if you leave Five9. Elect your commuter benefits through the Five9 US Benefits Hub and manage your account in the PlanSource Participant Portal.
